Owens Corning ProPink ComfortSeal™ Sill & Framing Gasket

ComfortSeal™ Sill Gasket is a polyethylene foam gasket, that provides resilient sealing in new and retrofit construction. ComfortSeal™ Framing Gasket is a low-cost, durable, easy-to-install, compressible polyethylene foam gasket specially designed to seal air leakage.

A sill gasket is placed between the foundation and the bottom of the wall (sill plate) to seal gaps at the foundation level. A framing gasket is used between studs, top plates, drywall, and other framing elements to prevent air leaks. The framing and sill sealers are air-sealing products that work alongside fiberglass insulation to help improve the overall energy efficiency and comfort of commercial and residential buildings.
